As regular season came to a close, the Pelham Lafarge Blue Jays played their final game against the Welland Marlins.  The Jays started of scoring twice in the first with a double from Ryan McWiiliams.  The Marlins found themselves against a tough defense from the Jays with some great fielding. Jakob Prins knocked down a line drive at first to make the out to prevent the Marlins from scoring.  The hot bats of Bennet Stone and Noah Prins were unstoppable, as they both went 5 for 5 in the game.  The Marlins managed to score late in the game but it was not enough as the Blue Jays took the game 7-1. The 8 player roster played a great game which included Jackson Lockey, Nathan Gojmerac, Morgan Cairney and William Looby. Coach Brian and Coach Mike were very proud of the way the Blue Jays played this season!
