The supervised children’s course for those ages 6 to 12, is shorter in length and obstacles (again this year with an awesome inflatable obstacle). The adult course is open to anyone 13 or older, and is about 6 km in length, with various muddy obstacles to have fun climbing over, sliding down and crawling through or under.
Participants 6 to 100 can navigate two awesome, mud-run obstacle courses contained within the naturally hilly terrain of Bissell’s Hideaway, in the heart of the Short Hills of Niagara, Ontario. Please join us in this fantastic, filthy, fun run designed for all ages and abilities.
