Gain an in depth understanding of the function of the circulatory system with Lee Crompton RHN. Erin Savage will then guide participants in comprehending the core methods of Pranayama, breathing exercises. Students will leave understanding Prana, the life force energy, and how to integrate breathing exercise into life and daily yoga practice. Reconnect and fill your senses with the peace found within nature. Together we walk silently along the Swayze Falls Loop of Short Hills. We then join in group meditation midway through our hike. The Swayze Falls Loop takes approximately 3 hours to complete. It is considered a more difficult hike. Our midway meditation/rest will take 30 minutes. Weather Permitting. Yoga mat or sit upon is recommended. There is no cost to join.

This is an introductory course designed to encompass all facets of the science behind Kundalini as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Classes begin with Pranayam (breath exercises), Kriya (Physical posture/exercise sets), Deep Relaxation and end with Meditation.
